Dear Wigleaf,
I write from my blue couch, Saturday night, October, Omaha. My dog's called Lily and she's curled up like a cashew next to me. My daughter's in her room, exploring the world the way ninth graders explore the world when they're in their room. The radio's on—some show playing midcentury music—and there's some song that sounds like the Beatles, but I don't like the Beatles, so maybe it's someone else. Either way, I can't change the station because I'm writing this postcard. I've never typed a postcard into a computer. Is this in violation of the space-time continuum? To be fair, I'm not entirely sure I completely understand the space-time continuum. But I do like it.
Cheers,
Trey
