Dear Wigleaf,

I'm sitting here in my cubicle at work, trying to think of something to write to you. I often write my stories at work, while I'm on my lunch break. If I'm not near a computer, I'll type out a line or an idea in the notes app on my phone to save it for later. I work as an archivist, so my larger-than-average but still gray cubicle is crammed to the ceiling with historical documents and old artifacts, such as a collection of dusty globes of different planets. The globes are from a display about the scientist who invented the first camera fitted onto an artificial satellite to take pictures of the outer solar system. Unfortunately, I still haven't successfully used this knowledge to write a story set in space, although I'm working on it. I guess it would be pretty embarrassing for my postcard to be longer than my actual story, so I'll wrap it up.

Best,
Eric
