She woke up having just asked
someone a question in her dream, and thought, in a confused way, that she would
have to go back to sleep to know the answer; but then, since neither the
question nor the person she'd asked existed outside of her own head, that it
made as much sense to answer the question now, herself, though the question had
begun to fade, and she could no longer be sure if what she was presently
considering (how the question might best be answered) were the question itself,
